Notes for Andrew

  • All data is static and hard-coded in demoData.ts.
  • No auth in the prototype — in production this rides the existing Auth0 session in educators.blended-teaching.com.
  • Terms acceptance uses localStorage here; in production it should set a partner_terms_accepted_at timestamp on the educator's user record.
  • The 10% referral fee, 12-month window, and other terms match the admin infrastructure already built at growth.blended-teaching.com/referral-partners.
